Ethics Statement
It is critical for all of the publishing authors involved in the research to agree on ethical expectations. The Indian Journal of Law and Legal Research has established global standards for all parties to achieve high ethical standards, and we expect everyone to follow them.
All authors submitting to IJLLR are expected to voluntarily follow the below mentioned international standards for authors:
-
Authors must attest to the fact that their manuscripts are their own work.
-
Plagiarism, duplicate publications, data fabrication and falsification, and redundant publication are all prohibited.
-
The authors must certify that the manuscript has not been published elsewhere (unpublished) and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
-
If the authors have used the work and/or words of others, they must properly cite or quote those works and/or words, as well as identify all sources used in the preparation of their manuscripts.
-
When an author discovers a serious error or inaccuracy in his or her own published work, it is the author's responsibility to contact the Journal editor or publisher as soon as possible and to collaborate with the editor in retracting or correcting the paper.
