A Codified Evaluation Of 'Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita', The ‘Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita' And The 'Bharatiya Sakshya' Bills

ABSTRACT

The bill which replaces 76-year-old regime of law called IPC 1860, CrPC 1973 and Indian Evidence Act 1872 and turn into Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023, The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 and The Bharatiya Sakshya Bills 2023. The Bill ensures safety and speedy justice with security to the individual. With the constitutional values and ethics ensure to the individual sustainability. The Codification of the bill with all existing changes and their effects in present judicial interpretation. There are many modifications in bills which change the structure of the laws and their procedure. This paper focuses on the depth analysis of the BNS Bills, BNSS Bills and their counterparts.
