A Detailed Study on Appeal by Indigent Person

Abstract


Law provides everyone with equal access to justice, hence it is very important that there is enough research on the provisions of law which enable such persons to access justice, hence the objective of the paper is to have a clear study about the provisions of the civil procedure code which are dealing with suits filed by an indigent person and appeal filed by an indigent person. Moreover, this paper also aims to analyze the verdicts pronounced by various courts that deal with a suit filed by an indigent person and come to a conclusion if the laws relating to an indigent person need to be reformed or not. Furthermore, one of the main objectives of this paper is to do a detailed study on the procedure that law prescribed for an indigent person.
