ABSTRACT

The prime invention of 21st century, the artificial Intelligence is increasing the pace at which the world functions by leaps and bounds. With the weaponry provided by the A.I. no field is left behind including the legal field. The arbitration, which is also infamously known for being a speedier alternative to the conventional courts has embraced the application of A.I. into its sphere. A.I. has been implemented at various levels in the arbitration proceedings from being used as a tool aiding the arbitrator to the level of it being the sole arbitrator. This research paper is aimed to study various levels of implementation of A.I. in arbitration and the effects of implementation of A.I. in the various levels of implementation.
