Ancestral Property Rights For Transgender

ABSTRACT

The property right has the efficiency to change the perceptions of the society. Property rights were given to women, for their empowerment and to change the perspective of the society from women as a slave to an independent woman. In this article the same concept was adopted for transgender people. Transgender are treated badly in the society due to some unavoidable circumstances which provoke them to turn a wrong way. In order to lessen this kind of discrimination or injustice and make them live a dignified life, the ancestral property right will be the right path. Since in the view of societal perceptions, property rights accord respect to the person who procures it.
