Introduction


The case of sexual assault of a 12 year age of minor girl which was lodged in Gittikhadan Nagpur police station . And the case was filed by an accused before Nagpur Bench of Bombay high court against the judgment and the order 05.02.2020 in special child protection case no.28 of 2017 passed by Extra Joint Additional Session Judge, Nagpur . In this accused try to commit a rape of a minor girl by taking her to his house where he touched the private part of a girl and tried to disrobe the dress of a girl.
