Terrorism poses a significant global challenge, transcending borders and disrupting the fabric of societies worldwide. India, amidst this complex landscape, stands at the forefront of the battle against terrorism, strategically leveraging international law to counter this menace. This project delves into India's legal strategies within the framework of international law concerning its relentless efforts to combat terrorism globally.

The project begins by highlighting the importance of international law as a critical tool in addressing terrorism, emphasizing collaboration among nations and adherence to legal norms while upholding human rights and justice principles. It underscores India's pivotal role in the global fight against terrorism, shaped by its own experiences with numerous terrorist incidents. India's counter-terrorism approach encompasses diverse challenges, including domestic and transnational threats, insurgencies, cyberterrorism, and radicalization. Recognizing the complexity of this landscape, India has embraced legal strategies grounded in international law to navigate these challenges effectively.

The project's objectives include evaluating the effectiveness of India's legal strategies, identifying challenges, and proposing recommendations for enhancing India's approach to countering terrorism. It aims to contribute to informed policy decisions and best practices, ultimately enriching the global discourse on combating terrorism in the 21st century.
