Introduction
E-commerce is the process of utilising the internet to purchase and sell items, transfer money, and obtain services. It connects buyers and sellers worldwide. Although it seems commendable, the quick commercial development in the global digital market has a misleading phase where the ultimate purpose of the Cyber-Consumer legislation is to safeguard consumers. A conceptual examination of the business transactions between online suppliers and customers is known as cyber-consumer behaviour. E-commerce has grown remarkably because of the flexibility to purchase whenever and whenever. However, this same flexibility has also allowed online retailers to continue running false ads and subjecting themselves to other dishonest online activity. Many ideas concerning cyber-consumers place a strong focus on the characteristics of online shoppers and their degree of comprehension of advertisement content and product descriptions. These deceptive web ads, which are used by online sellers, frequently cross the moral and ethical lines of commercialism while making claims that are demonstrably incorrect. As a result, the researcher has tried to ascertain the validity of the problems associated with e-commerce as well as the worldwide choices for online customers to seek redress.
