ABSTRACT

In the digital age, we have witnessed the ascent of content creators, often recognized as YouTubers, vloggers, and online influencers, as influential figures in the realm of media. Their extraordinary storytelling talents hold the power to captivate audiences transcending geographical and demographic boundaries. These creators wield a remarkable influence, not confined solely to the realms of entertainment but extending across a multitude of sectors. They have transformed into influential advocates for brands and become informal educators in domains ranging from fashion, education, to the culinary arts.

Their endorsements bear the potential to catapult products to success and open doors to lucrative income opportunities through avenues like advertising revenue, sponsorships, and merchandise sales. Nonetheless, beyond the glitter and glamor of their online personas lies a challenging reality. Content creators grapple with immense pressure to sustain quality and innovation while contending with issues of copyright and the ceaseless demand for fresh and engaging content. Copyright protection emerges as a critical pillar, not only for securing their unique creative elements but also for fortifying their brand identity, enhancing marketability, and fulfilling ethical obligations.

The influence of these content creators isn't confined to specific sectors but extends to their pivotal roles in influencer marketing campaigns. Their ability to endorse products and services surpasses the reach and impact of traditional advertising methods. This newfound prominence has not only propelled them into the spotlight but also ushered in substantial financial opportunities, making content creation a viable profession.

The study also delves into the relationship between content creators and social media platforms, examining how these platforms handle copyright issues. This research provides insights into the vital role of copyright protection in the evolving content creation landscape.
