ABSTRACT


With the proliferation of digital technologies and the internet, copyright enforcement faces unprecedented challenges in safeguarding intellectual property rights. This research paper explores the evolving landscape of copyright enforcement in the digital age, examining the various challenges posed by online piracy, digital distribution platforms, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and block chain. Through a comprehensive analysis of case studies, legal frameworks, and industry practices, this paper investigates the effectiveness of existing copyright enforcement mechanisms and explores innovative strategies adopted by stakeholders, including content creators, rights holders, policymakers, and technology companies. Furthermore, it examines the broader implications of copyright enforcement on creative industries, innovation, consumer behaviour, and access to cultural content in the digital ecosystem.
