INTRODUCTION

One of the finest inventions of the previous century was air travel. The globe now can stay connected and conduct business effectively thanks to the aviation industry. Not only is air travel the quickest form of transportation for people or commodities, it is also the safest. Although aviation accidents are rare but when they do, aviation mishaps frequently result in fatalities and these accidents happen more frequently than people believe as many of them go unreported in the media. When an aviation accident happens, a series of actions are instigated by several parties who are trying to understand the reason, assign responsibility, and decide on compensation1. This essay examines the disputes and liabilities related to aviation accidents.
