ABSTRACT
Globalization and comparative law are two major forces that are influencing and shaping the modern world. There have been extensive discussions in academic circles about the influence of globalization on legal systems. This research paper targets to investigate the correlation between globalization and comparative law, and how they work together to revolutionize the world.
It provides an introduction to both concepts, explores their interactions, and sheds light on how they affect legal systems worldwide. The study concludes that globalization and comparative law are shaping the world and are expected to continue doing so in the future.
My research question for this paper is that “do globalization and comparative law come to together to transform the world or not”?
