ABSTRACT
How Can E-contract show a new way to perform a contract to the world? How Data corruption and privacy could be avoided during E-contract? Is E-contract valid and accepted and have we ever came to know about it?
Today with the massive development within the sector of technology, tele-communication, software & knowledge has led to a change in the lifestyle of people unconditionally. Business isn't any further restricted because of the duty of geographical duty. Information is dispatched and received faster as compared to few years back. And now-a-days it has become a wonderful issue and challenge for implementation it in accordance with the laws. There are many question related to it like In our research we have tried to answer all of the following question that arises and also discussed various aspect as well as the various issues related to E-contracts. This will be minimally a necessary information for establishment and implementation of the E-contract over in India. The study argues that wideness of electronic contracts poses a lot of benefit as well as disadvantage to the businesses in step with the cyber-Laws.
