The lines separating the physical and virtual worlds have been thinner since the invention of the internet. Due to this, a number of problems have emerged regarding the application of the IPR legal system in the context of the digital paradigm.

1.1 JURISDICTION ISSUES RELATING TO VIOLATION OF IPR IN CYBERSPACE

The largest impact of this development is that the initial question of jurisdiction has become extremely important in all conflicts connected to the cyber realm, including IPR disputes. Given the ongoing recent advancements in this area, careful consideration of the jurisdictional issue is crucial for the effective enhancement of the IPR enforcement and grievance redressal regime.
