ABSTRACT


This research paper delves into the landscape of health and safety practices in the workplace within the United Arab Emirates (UAE), aiming to provide valuable insights for researchers, students, policymakers, and practitioners alike. By examining existing regulations, enforcement mechanisms, and cultural influences, this study offers a comprehensive overview of the current state of workplace safety in the UAE. Methodologically, secondary sources such as articles and research papers serve as foundational pillars, supplemented by primary data gathered through surveys. Through this combined approach, the research seeks to offer a nuanced understanding of the challenges, best practices, and opportunities for improvement in ensuring the health and safety of workers in the UAE. Ultimately, this research endeavors to inform and empower stakeholders to contribute to the enhancement of workplace safety standards, thereby benefiting the broader community and economy.
