ABSTRACT


This research paper examines the critical intersection between forensic science and legal procedures in modern criminal investigations. The study explores the evolution of forensic science within legal frameworks, analyzes current challenges in implementation, and proposes recommendations for enhancing the synergy between scientific evidence and judicial processes. Through examination of landmark cases and legal provisions, this paper demonstrates the indispensable role of forensic science in contemporary criminal justice while highlighting the need for systematic reforms to ensure reliable and admissible evidence in courts of law.
