ABSTRACT


Legal education has an important role in ensuring social justice. It not only produces lawyers but also enhance the social development of the nation. It indirectly plays an instrumental role in the welfare of the nation. Education can be treated as a way for the development of society. But in the practical aspect there is a failure in fulfilling the aims of legal education due to various factors like lack of researchers, outdated curriculum, improper practical training etc. It has created a negative impact on the development of legal education in India. Even though there are many legal institutions in India but due to these challenges, it isn't able to provide fruitful results. This study will focus on the key challenges towards legal education in India and its possible remedies.
