ABSTRACT
This research paper widely focuses on the concept of “Gender and Jurisprudence: Studying the Scope of Feminist Jurisprudence” giving its definition, theories, disadvantages, types, laws and various facets. The study of various feminist theoretical schools, the themes that have started and developed within feminist thinking, and the application of theory to problems concerning people of a certain social class are all included in feminist jurisprudence. The very mechanism that continues injustices against women is the law's impartiality. By focusing on what types of institutions and laws would be required to rectify the imbalance against women in society, feminists accept a viewpoint that tries to question the current legal situation. Feminist lawyers contest the basic foundation of our society. They contend that we need to reconsider the law and examine the standards that are ingrained in our legal system. In light of larger interpretations of those rules, what is "equality" or "injury"?
