Husband's Rights In Crisis: An In-Depth Analysis

This research analyses the legal problems and safeguards available to husbands during marital crises, particularly when suicidal behaviour is evident. It critically explores how present laws approach issues like as spousal support, custody, and mental health concerns in circumstances where husband’s exhibit emotional distress or suicidal thoughts. Recent court decisions are examined to better understand how the law reads and handles such difficult situations, indicating potential loopholes in ensuring equal treatment for husbands. These gaps could include insufficient legislative frameworks that safeguard men from unjust treatment, discrimination, or neglect during crises. The paper suggests measures to increase legal safeguards for husbands, such as increasing mental health support in family law, providing more balanced legal procedures, and pushing for stronger protection of men's rights in circumstances of suicide risk and marital collapse.
