ABSTRACT

There is dependably a worry while documenting a suit with respect to regardless of whether every one of the gatherings concerned have been considered. Further, assuming any party is missed, could that party at any point be participated in a suit at a later mark of time is one more issue to be considered upon. Luckily, Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 acts the hero to give a solution for the equivalent. However, the joinder of parties settles upon the attentiveness of court, Order 1 Rule 1 or Order 1 Rule 3, by and large, of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908[1] is to be perused along with Order 2 Rule 3 and Order 2 Rule 6.
