Kinds Of Witness And Child Witness Under Indian Evidence Act, 1872

ABSTRACT

This paper focuses on kinds of witnesses and is the child testimony admissible or not. And also this paper covers an information of the provisions of witness in the Indian evidence act. In this paper it contains the matter like how many kinds of witnesses and how to test the credibility of child witness and how to consider their witness and also what Supreme Court states regarding the testimony of child under the Indian evidence act, 1872. It also explains the how the testimony of child is admissible under UK and US.
