ABSTRACT

Digitalization helps the India to grow with significant growth rate. Digitalization is also making impact on economy and other financial system of the country. In Indian economy digitalization impact very significant way on it. The banking system development and digital payment system also developed time to time. By this the payment system of India or online payment of India is one of the best in the world. India is the leading country in the internet banking although now the foreign countries also adopting the UPI system in their countries. In recent time, when the G20 submit happened in India France finance minister purchase vegetable’s in India by use of UPI just in one click. With the time we adopting the smartphone and increase of internet connectivity digitize payment system and digital work by help of computers and computer system. After the 2019 in covid period digital payment is increase rapidly. Government of India also makes efforts for development of digital system. National electronic fund transfer (NEFT) that was develop by government before 2019 NEFT transaction will be processed only between 8:00 am to 6:30 pm and only five days in the week (Monday to Friday).

UPI give tough competition to the all the companies like master card and visa but UPI is best for transaction and now adopted by the india without any problem because it is very easy to use. As we discuss the positive side we also have negative side of it. When we talk about the digitalization there is many problems as well one of the major problem is frauds. Fraud is the major problem in the internet banking system. Whenever we talk about the positive side of any system then there have also negative side and we also have to understand it for any solution or to totally understand the topic. The banking fraud is very serious crime now days. When we talk about it the victim is the one who loses money as well as peace in their life. Most of the fraud is done because of the victim negligence.
