ABSTRACT


The rapid growth of technology has given rise to a new wave of criminal activities, collectively known as cybercrime. Cybercriminals utilize various methods to exploit vulnerabilities in digital systems, causing financial, social, and security threats. To combat this growing menace, the integration of advanced technologies like blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI) has become crucial in enhancing evidence collection and streamlining case management in cybercrime litigation. This article explores how blockchain and AI are being leveraged in the realm of cybercrime, focusing on their roles in ensuring the authenticity of evidence, enhancing data security, improving the efficiency of legal processes, and enabling real-time tracking of cybercriminal activities.
