Mediation Bill 2021: An Effort

ABSTRACT


In a country like India, there is need of other mythology to resolve disputes other than courts. One way in which disputes can be resolved is mediation. Authors in this article will be dealing with mediation as a form of Alternative Dispute Resolution. the main provisions incorporated in the 2021 mediation bill and critically analyze the proposed bill and its key features.
