Natural School Of Law: An Analysis

Ankush Kumar, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management and Studies, Hyderabad

INTRODUCTION:

Most people think that the natural school of law is the law of nature, God, politics, and society. Even though it was made by people, it is in everyone's hearts and has been interpreted in different ways over time. Religion has a big impact on it. The main idea behind this philosophy is that you can use a higher moral rule to judge how well a human law works. Some people think you can't break certain moral rules without losing your moral or legal standing. If a law is wrong, it is not a law. This school of law puts a lot of emphasis on how morality and the law are related.
