ABSTRACT


With the rise of artificial intelligence (AI), machines are churning out a vast amount of creative content. This article dives into the murky legal waters surrounding copyright and AI-generated content.It tackles the head- scratching questions of who owns the rights, who's responsible if it's misused, and who deserves credit for creation in this new machine-made world. The author examines how current copyright laws handle this new frontier and explores the challenges of assigning authorship and ownership. The article even looks ahead, considering how AI might reshape copyright law in the years to come. Real-life legal battles involving AI- generated content are presented as case studies,highlighting the complexities at play. Finally, the article offers recommendations to navigate these copyright issues,emphasizing the need for clear copyright guidelines, transparency and accountability in developing AI, and ongoing legal discussions to address this evolving landscape.
