ABSTRACT


This study provides an analysis of the legal theory of "piercing the corporate veil", which allows judges to ignore a company's legal behavior in certain situations. This article explores the theoretical basis, historical development, practical models, and benefits of overcoming economic barriers through a comprehensive review of legal documents and cases. This article aims to gain a deeper understanding of the fundamental changes made to this law in today's legal system and to improve our understanding of the complexity of this law through in-depth analysis of ideas about natural knowledge and education.
