ABSTRACT

Child rights in the present day are a topic of great concern and upholding it during unrest in the State is of utmost importance. The author aims to bring to light, the importance of child rights, and the various violations of rights during wars and pandemics and also suggests potential solutions that governments may adopt in the interest of a safer and brighter future for their children.
