Regulating Artificial Intelligence: Balancing Innovation And Ethical Concerns

ABSTRACT


The emergence of artificial intelligence (AI) has transformed entire sectors and expanded the limits of technical potential. Although AI has the potential to be revolutionary, its application presents serious ethical and legal issues. Algorithmic bias, accountability, transparency, privacy, and the worldwide effects of uncontrolled AI use are important concerns. This essay looks at the ethical conundrums that arise, the legal concepts that ought to guide AI regulation, and the procedures needed to guarantee a well-rounded strategy that protects social values while promoting innovation. It also looks at how international collaboration and flexible legal frameworks are necessary for negotiating this intricate and changing field.
