ABSTRACT


This research paper examines the changing environment of commercial dispute resolution in India, with a focus on mediation's effectiveness. It is titled "Resolving Company Disputes in India: Focus on Mediation as an Effective Alternative for Ease of Business (Company Law)". Examining renowned authors among others, the paper undertakes a thorough analysis of mediation's function in promoting ease of doing business inside the Indian corporate structure. The goal of the study is to provide light on the possible advantages, difficulties, and legal issues related to mediation's rise to prominence in India as a dispute resolution method for businesses.
