Revolutionizing Finance: A Critical Analysis Of The Regulatory Framework Concerning Cryptocurrency In India

ABSTRACT


The Digital Finance Sector in India is the future of monetary change in India, in the face of this transitionary change, Domains primarily those of Digital Payments and Lending, Cryptocurrencies and Virtual Digital Assets become pertinent and are all set to take commonplace in India’s financial future. However there still exist underlying problems within these domains that present in themselves systemic hindrances which can prevent India from realizing this future. The following paper utilizes a dual pronged approach, engaging methods of theoretical research coupled with empirical analysis in order to accurately identify these underlying problems and deduce potent and practical solutions for the same.
