Safeguarding Against Cybercrimes: Understanding The Role Of Cyber Law In Prevention And Prosecution

ABSTRACT:


The legal frameworks and regulations governing digital activities are called cyber law, also known as internet law or digital law. Cyber law encompasses various issues, such as online communication, e-commerce, digital privacy, and the prevention and prosecution of cybercrimes. The article will evaluate the definition of cybercrime and the penalties offered to offenders by looking at current cybercrime laws, examining the relationship between cybercrime and cyber law, and how they interact.
