Sebi General Order 2020: What It Means For Companies, Investors, And Overall

ABSTRACT


This article focuses on SEBI General Orders 2020 and what it means for companies, investors, and overall. However, it also deals with the implications of the securities markets, how are General Order 2006 and Amendment Order 2008 different from one another, and the key changes that happened after the implication of the said order 2020, also discussed some rules and regulations prescribed for raising the capital and the article concludes with the role SEBI plays in rising of the Capital markets and SEBI putting a strict approval framework for the draft offer papers.
