In the recent times, we are living in a society where the both the citizens and courts are eloquently advocating and upholding the primacy of privacy and personal rights, the LQBTQ+ community has been fighting rigorously since a decade to recognise their rights. However, as a result of their struggle, yielded some results in the form of decriminalisation of homosexuality and same sex relationship but still they are fighting for the rights on marriage and other subsidiary rights.
