ABSTRACT

This research seeks to analyse the Legal Landscape of Corporate Health and Safety Regulation. Corporate health and safety regulations have become a critical aspect of modern business operations worldwide, with an increasing focus on creating safe and healthy environments for workers. The significance of these regulations has grown in tandem with the expansion of industries and workplaces, reflecting the rising awareness of the impact that occupational health and safety (OHS) can have on both employees and the broader corporate landscape. In India, corporate health and safety laws have evolved significantly over the years, responding to the changing industrial landscape, workforce needs, and global trends. These regulations not only ensure the physical well-being of employees but also contribute to the establishment of a positive work culture, employee retention, and the overall productivity of businesses.
