Yug Chauhan & Dhruv Dedhia, MIT-WPU

ABSTRACT

This research paper will provide an overview of the protection of foreign investments in India. It will discuss the regulations and laws that govern foreign investment in India and how they help ensure the security and safety of investments. It will also examine the role of the government in protecting foreign investments and the advantages of investing in India. The paper also examines the impact of these legal frameworks on economic growth and development in different countries. The study concludes that while there are significant differences in the legal frameworks governing foreign investment in different countries, there are also many common elements, such as the protection of property rights, the provision of fair and equitable treatment to foreign investors, and the availability of effective dispute settlement mechanisms. Finally, it will discuss the risks and challenges that foreign investors may face. By understanding this, investors can make informed decisions when investing in India.
