ABSTRACT


This article explores how human rights are protected by agencies worldwide. It looks at agencies like India's National Human Rights Commission and also international bodies like the United Nations Human Rights Council. The focus is on their roles, functions, and collaborations. The International Court of Justice and International Criminal Court are examined, highlighting their decisions and limitations. The article also touches on agencies like Amnesty International, discussing their stance on issues like enforced disappearances, the death penalty, and police violence. Overall, it shows how these agencies work together to create a fairer and more rights-focused global society.
