The Role Of The Judiciary In The Protection Of Human Rights And Development

ABSTRACT


One of the crucial ways to protect and safe-guard Human Rights is by keeping the predominant role of Judiciary. The judiciary creates the standards of people through its substantial power and achieves governmental goals. In addition, these standards guarantee good understanding between the people and the government on one hand, the people and the international community on the other hand. Powerful countries like India and USA have a significant role to promote human rights by virtue of technological advancement. Moreover, every country has a duty to promote peaceful life to every living being by ensuring their rights. Hence, this article is trying to convey the importance of human rights and how the judiciary plays a vital role in protecting them.
