ABSTRACT
People are consuming more chicken meat and products due to a variety of factors, including the economic crisis. Due to tighter disease control and environmental concerns brought on by the increased industrial demand, these products may also include some chemical and natural components that are dangerous in detectable or even extremely low concentrations. Among these substances that are of concern for residues are veterinary drugs, environmental, natural contaminants, and/or phytosanitary substances accidentally contaminating poultry product during production or marketing stages. Unregulated use of antibiotics in Poultry Industry; the indiscriminate use of antibiotics leads to antibiotics resistance among humans; the risks of Antibiotic resistance if not controlled, shall result in millions of deaths worldwide & is a direct threat to humanity.
