ABSTRACT

Whistleblower rules are crucial for upholding openness, ensuring accountability, and promoting ethical behaviour inside businesses. These rules enable workers to disclose instances of misconduct, fraud, or unethical conduct without apprehension of reprisal. By safeguarding individuals who expose wrongdoing, corporations may mitigate financial damages, preserve their brand, and avoid legal consequences. Effective whistleblower methods guarantee that any internal inconsistencies are swiftly dealt with, promoting a culture of honesty and ethical behaviour. Amidst intricate obstacles faced by firms, it is crucial to establish and enforce efficient whistleblower policies to protect organizational principles and foster confidence among stakeholders.
