Vanshika Berry, Amity Law School, Amity University, Noida

ABSTRACT

Globally, there is now a significant deal of worry about child sexual abuse. Children are victims in their homes, schools, and communities because they are not properly informed about what to do in the event of a similar incident. These events leave a lasting, often permanent, detrimental impression on the child's personality. Parents at home, teachers in schools, and the community at large should work together to provide each child with a healthy and safe environment. This Article delves into the intricacies of child protection in India, focusing on the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
