ABSTRACT


As the cavalcade of human society started there was a need felt for rule of law to provide and maintain harmony in the society and to protect the individual’s right and freedom in the society.

The Legal system of India is one of the oldest legal system in the world, it has gone through modification with the development of new statutes to meet the need of the situation and circumstances faced by the people and refinement of Judicial institutions India during different phases of History in India.
