A Study On Child Prostitution

ABSTRACT


Child prostitution and the sexual trafficking of children is humanities greatest crime. The number of children becoming involved in the child sex trade is increasing at an alarming rate. The age at which the children are joining the sex trade is decreasing quickly. The profit potential in the life of a child prostitution is huge. So it is the risk of disease and death. The main objective is the study about child prostitution. In India nearly 30% of prostitutes are children. Poverty ranks are very high, as a major factor that forces children to be prostitutes. Human trafficking and deception are the other factors that cause child prostitution especially in foreign. Children are used as a selling item. Female children situation is so pathetic, forcing the children to involve in child prostitution.
