ABSTRACT


With the rapid advancement of technology, interaction among humans has also been made easy. People can communicate with each other by the use of mobile phones. Much the same as a coin has different sides, technology also have double-dealing, positive and negative and it resembles a twofold edged blade that could be utilized in any case. It can affect the security of people which can infringe their right to privacy. This paper discusses the constitutional validity and guidelines laid down by government authorities in case of Phone tapping and also the legal admissibility of the phone conversation as evidence in the court of law.
