ABSTRACT
This paper primarily focuses on the concept “lifting of Corporate veil”. A brief introduction about the Concept has been given along with the aid of Case studies and definitions. The paper also put light to the Causes wherein court intervene and pierce the corporate veil. Today most of the large sector enterprises dwell into corporation for the smooth and effective working of the business, It is o doubt that corporation has its peaks. In much the same way, these benefits transform into unlawful activities, for their personal purposes The paper also highlights wherein the courts have resisted to lift up the corporate veil.
