Analysis Of The Factors Which Lead To The Protest Of Farmer's Bill

ABSTRACT

In this paper, the discussion will be made regarding the farmer's bill 2020. It was observed that the central government had three bills related to farmers which were known as farmers' bills collectively. It was observed that there were some historic steps taken in these bills which included setting farmers from APMC boundaries. However, these steps were not welcomed by farmers and protests started soon. The protest turned into a major protest without no time and it was seen that farmers started the ‘Dilli Chalo movement.’ In this paper, the discussion regarding the farmer’s bill has been made. Pros and cons of the farmer's bill have been also included in this paper. There is a discussion regarding the demands of farmers in the protest. There will also discussion regarding the number of casualties in the farmer’s protest and the end -result of the protest. It will also talk about the different unions which supported the protest from the very start.
