ABSTRACT


Philosophical legal research engages and extents in understanding answering to the human problems associated in the society. It encompasses with the possibilities in resolving the issues with a deeper enquiry procedure of thought process indulge in conducting the legal research. It tries to help in characterising the legal issues and remove speculation and build an concrete foundation in eradicating the legal issues by conducting research in the society. Philosophical legal research deals with the concepts of abstract, theoretical, practical, and foundations for socio-legal issues involves in the society. In order to provide in evaluation and comprehend the law , legal phenomena, and their relationship, in general.
