Through this essay its humbly attempted to embark upon a legal journey that assures those who have suffered that their future children won’t have to go through the same horrid instances again, it is high time that we the people of India stand united to tackle this issue and eradicate it from its roots as no daughter of Indian soil is bound go through such devastation only for the sake of social relativity and family honour preservation. At this point we look up to our legal authorities and policymakers to acknowledge this imperative and embar on the essential journey of crafting laws that mirror our societal values and commitment to justice.
