ABSTRACT


Mizoram, a beautiful northeastern state of India, is known for its strong sense of community and unique integration of business ethics and philanthropy. This research paper aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the interplay between ethical business practices and philanthropic endeavors within the context of Mizoram. By examining existing studies, personal narratives, and global trends, this study offers insights into the complexities of merging profitability with ethical conduct and the emerging landscape of entrepreneurial philanthropy. Rooted in a community-oriented ethos, Mizoram's business environment faces various challenges in balancing profit motives with ethical behavior. Concurrently, the state has experienced a rise in entrepreneurial philanthropy aimed at addressing systemic issues. This research contributes to a broader understanding of ethical conduct, philanthropy, and their mutual enhancement within Mizoram's socio- economic framework.
