Case Commentary: Noel Paul Fredy V. State Bank Of India & Anr.

This case commentary provides an analysis to the landmark judgement delivered by the Kerela High Court in the case of Noel Paul Fredy v. State Bank of India & Anr1, where low CIBIL score was removed as a criterion for rejecting student education loan.
